All of our products are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase. You are been promised to repair or replace the defective product during the one year warranty period. You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase and a short video which can display the product issue.

This warranty does not apply to:
(1) Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents.
(2) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes.
(3) Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the permission in our company.
